Happy 25th!
Another reason to smile today: When I got on the scale this morning, I had officially dropped 25 pounds since the first of the year. That also means that I'm a third of the way to my goal. Hooray!
Congrats!! Its a struggle but its worth it. BTW, I found a 1 pt beer that's actually drinkable - Beck's Premium Light. All the other light beers are 2 pts under the weightwatchers plan [which I semi-religiously follow]
