One of our favorite household games

Our downstairs powder room has about an inch gap under the door. This has become the focus of one of our cats' favorite games. See if you can figure out how it goes from the pictures. (Zoey has black-bottom paws. Caboose has white paws.)

While it can be somewhat distracting and annoying when you're focusing on your real purpose, it usually is pretty funny ultimately. They really do insist that you play.

i've solved that problem with mr. moo. i just leave the door open so that he can come in and "help" me.

Barbie, they don't want to come in. If I leave the door ajar, they'll come in and then go right back out and wait sometimes (when they're in the mood for 'the game').

Sounds like a cute game. I don't have a cat but once had a border collie that would take a tennis ball up the stairs, lay down and push it down the stairs with her nose. Then down she'd come to do it over and over again.

heheheh... moo likes to "supervise" what i am doing in there. and in fact, as soon as i stand up he has to lean over the edge and inspect what's in the bowl.

although, lately he has become more interested in my new shower stall than in what i am doing. he likes to just sit it there on the tile. FREAK!

We have that game in our house too. Except it's not a paw I get, it's a finger. Really not the same, now that I think about it.
