In front of a live audience, pundits debated the point: Is Bush The Worst President Of The Past 50 Years?
The audience was polled before and after the debate. Even with Karl Rove on hand to make Bush's case, the number of people in the audience who agreed with the question increased by the end of the debate.
Both sad and cool.

That IS a fascinating debate. However, as both numbers went up, I think you have to make the case that 'against' did the better job. The 'decideds' were unlikely to be swayed. I wonder how many that were in favor switched to against and vice-versa.
I don't know that I could go in open minded. I already think he's in the bottom 10 all time.
It's interesting that people would change their minds based upon the debate. I am pretty unshakeable in my own belief that YES, he is the worst president in 50 years, and one of the worst of all time.
Let's see, 50 years ago Eisenhower was in office. So that means the competition for the purposes of this debate consists of Ike, JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush the Elder, and Clinton. Unless you have a special distaste for LBJ or Ford, that really only leaves Nixon and Carter as finalists. Nixon may finally have worked his way out of the doghouse!
Yeah, it really says something about the Bush administration when Nixon is considered a better President
