I have to confess I missed the black balloons until you said something. That would be a cool "what is wrong with this picture" puzzle.
Perhaps I was too distracted with the imagery of the name "Dick Cardinal". All I could think of was the woes the Catholic Church is having.
Heh. I missed the name humor on the sign as well. So, Dick Cardinal was having an open house. Perhaps THAT was why the balloons were black, symbolic of the shame. hee hee
